Petar Mošić (1981, Belgrade) completed his doctoral art studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, under the mentorship of prof. Anđelka Bojović. This young artist received multiple awards for his distinctive style, well recognised now by both audiences and critics. One of the more distinguished awards he received is a “Golden Palette” from the ULUS (Association of Fine Artists of Serbia) Spring exhibition (2016). Petar Mošić’s works are to be found in numerous private and public collections both in the country and abroad, while some adorn public buildings in Belgrade as murals. He participated in thirteen solo exhibitions and over one hundred group exhibitions both domestically and internationally, as well as in international projects and art residencies such as the ones at the Glo’Art foundation in Belgium (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019). He served as a Council member of the Belgrade’s Faculty of Fine Arts Gallery between 2016 and 2018. In 2019 the Glo’Art foundation proclaimed him one of the most successful young artists that visited this international art residency. He lives and works in Belgrade.
